email account probleme

one of my server has email account probleme .

the email account existe , but when try to sending or recieve the error mail account not exist !!!

when i delete and re-create the account it work perfectly . i can't do this for all the accounts in the server , so is there any fix for that ?

Do the entries exist for any still not working email accounts in /home/username/etc/ for the passwd and shadow files?

cd /home/username/etc/
grep emailuser *
Please replace username with the cPanel username, with the domain name and emailuser with the email username. If you aren't seeing passwd and shadow entries for that email account, then that would be why it isn't working properly.

Next, check /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for any possible errors related to that non-working email account when trying to send or receive.

Check /home/username/mail/ folder that it exists and is properly owned (again, changing the path to the correct username, domain name and email username). You might try running "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/mailperm --verbose username" to fix any incorrect permissions.
