Webmail would not be using antirelayd in order to send messages, so I'm moving your post into this new thread.

Can you please run the following command for the domain that isn't sending?

    Code:
    /scripts/whoowns domain.com
Please replace domain.com with the domain name incidentalerts.com above.

If the domain does show the proper ownership, then next check if you have ConfigServer Security & Firewall enabled in WHM > Plugins area for the Firewall configuration file. In that file, ensure that "SMTP_ALLOWLOCAL" has a 1 next to it. If it does not, change to 1 and click the "Change" button, then restart CSF and LFD.

    Next, when you mention this:

Do you mean that these are the default cPanel email accounts or created email accounts? Please clarify what type of account this happens to be.

Finally, can you grep for the following:

    Code:
grep -i "no such user" /etc/valiases/incidentalerts.com
    Please provide the results.

    Thanks for the reply
It shows proper ownsership. We are seeing this happening on all domains on the server, anyone trying to send email through the server is getting the following example

Please open up a ticket then for us to troubleshoot this further. Please use WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature. Please post the ticket number here if possible after opening it.
