Hi, I have an annoying issue that I've tried to search for a soultion but havn't found anything...

All emails coming to my domain are landing in my catchall box even though there are email accounts that they should be landing in...

example: the email account: bob@mydomain.com exists, all emails to bob@mydomain.com are landing at catchall@mydomain.com this is happenning for all the email accounts, furthermore the account bob@mydomain.com can't be accessed through the mail client or webmail returning "Login Attempt Failed!".
I've created a new account test@mydomain.com and can't login to webmail either, the only account that works is the catchall default account...

Any help would be much appreciated.

It sounds as if the system is ignoring the existence of test@ and bob@. You may want to have our technical analysts take a look at your server for you.

    Emails working again...

Thanks for the reply, however it seems to be fixed... Not sure how, who or why, but I can login again through webmail and the test emails I've sent to particular accounts are in the inboxes. I didn't do anything but its fixed.
    Thanks again.
