I'm a reseller on FreeBSD 5.0 with Cpanel/WHM 9.9.8-S14 and I went into a customers account (www.customername.com/cpanel), and went to the mail icon. I clicked on add and remove accounts. I clicked the delete icon next to the user I wanted to delete and I got a confirmation page asking if I was sure I wanted to delete that users email. I clicked yes. Upon returing to the add and remove accounts page, NO OTHER ACCOUNTS were listed. It had deleted ALL of the email accounts with the exception of the main catch all address.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a fix?
