Email accounts disappeared from cpanel

Hello Friends

I have a problem regarding the mail account -- the email accounts are not viewable in the cpanel, but when i checked the same in the shell all the email accounts are present and they work fine with Neomail and Horde ( WebMail )

Any solution for this will be appreciated.
