Email accounts disappearing

I searched but couldnt find anything about this....There is a user who has over 6000 email accounts in cpanel and alot of accounts disapeared leaving about 600. The email users are actually gone,. has anyone heard of this? Any info would be appreciated =)

Hello.

It sounds like email accounts of addon and/or parked domains disappeared. Correct ?

If so, then check files:

/etc/userdomains

/var/cpanel/users/$USERNAME

and make sure the domain names that disappeared exist there.
