Email Accounts not Appearing

    We have recently had a client who has had problems adding email accounts to a new cPanel account they have setup. Everytime they try to setup the new email account it says it is successful but the email accounts do not appear.

    Has anybody had this problem? And if so how have you solved it?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    i've had similar problems, the solution was that the client's quota was full
