Email Alias Missing

    Hello,

    I recently had a problem when connecting via POP to the mail server it says "Cannot find the owner of domain (domainname.com)" I am still recieving this error. However...

    I think I found the problem, when you go to backup it has Email Aliases/Filters. There is a filter for the domain but NO Alises.

    When I create a new account there is an Alias there, the email works fine. As soon as the email stops working.. there is now Aliases there..


    I think this has something to do with the error. Can anyone tell me how to add the Alias back there for the domain?
