Many of our customers are complaining that Cpanel won't allow them to send certain types of file attachments.

For the life of me, we can't figure out how to allow .exe, .eml and other attachments to go through.

    Anyone?!?

    Tina,
    pico the following file:

    /etc/antivirus.exim

Do a seach for this section, I think this is what you are looking for.

    if $header_content-type: matches "(?:file)?name=(\"[^\"]+\\\\.(?:ad[ep]|ba[st]|chm|cmd|com|cpl|crt|eml|exe|hlp|hta|in[fs]|is$
    then
fail text "This message has been rejected because it has\n\
    potentially executable content $1\n\
This form of attachment has been used by\n\
    recent viruses or other malware.\n\
