When I send an email from shell,

    the recipient gets:

X-AntiAbuse: This header was added to track abuse, please include it with any ab
    use report
    X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname - dallas.dnschamber.com
    X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain - pilot.msu.edu
    X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [32095 32095] / [32095 32095]
    X-AntiAbuse: Sender Address Domain - dallas.dnschamber.com

    as headers

Is it possible to remove that?

pico/vi/etc /etc/exim.conf as root then scroll down to lookuphost then delete all stuff the stuff in headers_add (you may want to do the same to literal, also you might wish to chatter +i it or otherwise check it if a new exim package gets put on)
