    Why Email are not send to INBOX? Its only showing in Mail Delivery Reports.

    Hi,

    Can you check the mail logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog and see what actually is occurring? is there any filter set that is not allowing it?

    Does not find out. I am using SMTP from mailgun.

    Hello,

    Could you let us know the specific output you see in /var/log/exim_mainlog for an affected message? EX:

    Code:
    exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Replace MSGID with the message ID of an affected message, or with the email address sent to or from.

    Hello,

    It looks like BoxTrapper is configured for that email account, and the original sender did not respond to verify the email was legitimate. Thus, the message was not delivered to the inbox.

    You can disable BoxTrapper to prevent the verification requirement in the future, or contact the sender to verify they received the initial verification message. BoxTrapper is documented at:

    No way can not fix Without disable BoxTrapper? Also I am sender fo this email so where I can contact the sender to verify they received the initial verification message? Its safe to disable BoxTrapper?

    Hello,

    In "cPanel >> BoxTrapper" you can click Review Queue to deliver or delete unverified emails. I recommend disabling BoxTrapper if it's preventing delivery of multiple messages.
