Hello AladdinJ! There are multiple steps you can take to improve email deliverability. We've published the following article that offers further guidance on getting your server's outbound email into the intended recipient's inbox:

Improving Email Deliverability

Regarding the HELO_DYNAMIC_SPLIT_IP, however, this may occur if accounts are configured to send mail via their specific IP rather than the server IP. Do you have accounts currently configured to send email via their own IPs? We look forward to hearing back from you!

Hello cPJustinD

actually, I do all Improving Email deliverability

I think you are right I have Activated an option in Exim configuration called "Send mail from the account’s IP address"
I did that to make a user with dedicated IP send from their IP , to gave him more amount of emails per hour because I limited emails to 25 per Hour to all shared IP Users

but why that affect the shared Ip users?

and how I can do that (keep dedicated IP user sends from their IP) without affecting shared IP users?

the problem is happening with shared IP now

thanks in advance

That's a good point. The shared user should be utilizing the server's main IP, which I wouldn't think would trigger that error.
