We have recently decided to start using Secure Tide from Appriver for spam filtering. This requires that we change our mx records to their server, then add their ip address as an approved host to send mail (in email authentication, under the spf advanced settings where it says "additional hosts that send mail from your domain"). It was all set up & working for about one day, but now the advanced settings are gone, and no matter how many times I attempt to add the ip address back to the list, it will NOT save the changes. I add it, it shows up in the list, I get out & go back in, and the ip address is GONE. Does anyone have any advice? We are currently under a trial period with appriver, so I'm anxious to get this fixed before it expires. Thanks!

You may wish to have our technical analysts take a look at your server regarding this situation.
