Email Autoresponder

    This is the first time dealing with this but one of my accounts that i host everytime someone sends him mail they get back this autoresponder which they shouldn't be. He does not have any autoresponders or fowarders on and i cant figure this out for the life of me. I also deleted his account and readded it and still deos it. Now when it sends a message back it has no subject, says it is from firstins@"My root server name" and then there is nothing in the body. Any ideas. Thank You.

    Did you check the /etc/valiases/domainname?. If not check it now.

    I'm having a problem where the auto responders do not work at all, no errors but just no auto responses to emails.

    I checked /etc/valiases/domain and see all the proper .autorespond extensions/lines

    I ran forced cpanel update and restart exim as well

    The mails were sent fine, no errors returned and nothing in mail queue.
    Just the auto responders stopped working.

    I got 2 clients both on 2 seperate cpanel servers (both using RELEASE) that submitted
    a ticket about this problem.
