    Hello,

Could you let us know the specific bounce message the sender receives, and the corresponding entry in /var/log/exim_rejectlog for the bounced message?

    Thank you.

In an attempt to try and resolve this quickly, I emptied my firewall block rules, and now the customer can email me.
Although I couldn't find thier IP in the block list, so maybe that was just coincidence.
We've had a number of these just lately, I've no idea whats going on.

    Hello,

Is this the same server that's referenced on your previous thread? If so, you may want to test and see if the issue is isolated to those firewall rules.

    Thank you.
