Hi,

First a bit of background info about the issue.

My brother set up a domain through Google Apps with the domain being hosted through Google with Enom and the website being configured through Digital Pacific which uses cPanel to let the website owners fiddle with their websites. The email is being configured through Google Apps as well, as far as I can tell.

Email can be sent from the domain email addresses fine but email sent to the domain email addresses is returned.
Logging on to the websites cPanel and looking at the email trace comes up with this.

Event: rejected
User: -remote-

Sender: [email protected]

Delivery Host: mail-qe0-f43.google.com
Delivery IP: 209.85.128.43
Size: 0 bytes
Result: Unrouteable address
Not sure if it has something to do with SPF records or something but I am unable to even find them or the mx records from the cPanel home page.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also the emails being returned are from [email protected] and says

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain mydomain.com by mail.mydomain.com. [101.0.66.241].

The error that the other server returned was:
