    Hi Support,

    Hope you are doing good.

I have two queries for my regular problem and I really need your help for the same.

All my users are using Zimbra to POP all emails from the webmail and many time it does not fetch the emails and eveytime I have to go manually restart/reconfigure the email client for downloading emails as POP.Hence, I request you to provide suggestions for below requirements,

First requirement: Is there any way to get the email notification if any users webmail exceed emails more than 200 emails in their inbox ?

Second requirement : I have a single server which POPs all emails from the webmail so can I set any rules that WHM server will give continous connection to port 110 to my local server ?

    Thanks so much in advance.

    Hi @Azim

There is nothing native to cPanel that will do this for you but I believe you'd be able to write a script that might be able to do something like this though this isn't something we'd be able to do for you.

I'm not aware of a way that this could be done, dovecot will always listen on 110 but you wouldn't be able to "keep" the connection open per say.
