I am having some issues with an accounts emails. I am able to send from the account but not able to receive. Any emails sent to the account are returned to sender with the following message:
    Final-Recipient: rfc822;tim@mysite.com
    Action: failed
    Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
    Remote-MTA: dns; [122.252.5.97]
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Verification failed for <tim@omegaad.com.au>\nNo Such User Here\nSender verify failed' (delivery attempts: 0)
    Reporting-MTA: dns; outbound.icp-qv1-irony-out4.iinet.net.au

The main thing that sticks out to me here is the ipaddress is different to the ip address the account is using. I have tried resseting the server but I still get the same error.

Check if the domain is listed in:
    /etc/remotedomains

If so, then remove it and be sure it exists in:
    /etc/localdomains

And of course double check the dns record.
