Email continuity on whm

Hi
I have two whm accounts at two different location.

Server1.com
Server2.com

I created an account on each whm using the same domain name

Xyz.com

I have update the nameservers at the domain registrar

Ns1.server1.com
Ns2.server1.com
Ns1.server2.com
Ns2.server2.com

MX records are the same on each account on whm.

I was wondering if one of the servers goes down, would it be directed to the one available so that emails and websites are always online.
