Email Deliverability Issue

I'm up against an odd one this morning, some of my users on outlook are not getting emails although they're hitting their server and they're viewable when viewed via Roundcube.

I've had a look at the logs and I see the following, but cant spot anything untoward.

What do you see for the mail client connection attempts in /var/log/maillog? Are you running a firewall on the server? If so is the address/addresses the users are connecting from whitelisted?
