Email Deliverability Problem

This message apears on my "Email Deliverity" option "This system does not control DNS for the "mydomain.com" domain. Contact the person responsible for the "name.dot.net", "name.dot.net" y "ns144.dot.net" name servers and request that they update the records

Any idea to resolve?

This is a known issue, the thread associated with it is here: Pending Publication - [CPANEL-30649] Misleading message on "Email Deliverability" SPF / DKIM option.

As soon as the internal case is resolved we'll update that thread as well.
