Email deliverability

Hello!

I have a problem with email deliverability. To be precise some of my customers noted me that they are getting my email in their spam/junk folder. So I have done a test and sent few emails to my gmail accounts and everything worked as it should be. Any thoughts about this issue?

Are the clients whose email is being marked as spam using Outlook?

You have to ensure that the domains have the correct DNS records set up, to keep your email out of the spam folder.

You need proper SPF records, DKIM and possbily DMARC records set up.

Your host should also have set up an reverse DNS record for the server itself.

@ZenHostingTravis 's reply is on point - all those things need to be in place to ensure delivery to an inbox, and even after all that, individual providers can sometimes be picky and still route your messages to the junk folder.
