Email delivery error Unusable key, public if verifying, private if signing

    hi:
    one of my accounts has this problem when sending emails, the message that he got is :

    so i uninstall the domain key and reinstall it again and i got the same error .
    even without the domain key i got the same error so i was wondering if there is anything i can do before call the cpanel support and open a ticket .
    i searched in the forum and i got nothing at all ..

    I have seen the error you indicate occur when the MX record for the domain is set to an IP address rather than a fully qualified domain name. Is the MX record an IP rather than a domain for that account?

    Code:
    dig mx domain.com +short
    For the above, please replace domain.com with the domain name for the sending email account. If you show an IP for the return, then the MX record needs to be changed to properly follow the standards for those records. An IP address is not a qualified entry for the MX field, it must be either domain.com, mail.domain.com or the server's full hostname.

    actually its using fully qualified domain name not an ip ..
    all my domain using the FQDN not the ip ..

    Then please do open up a ticket so we can perform digs on the domain to see the results. Please ensure to provide the email account in question, any pertinent logs, and the login details for the email account.

    You would be able to open up a ticket using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature.

    i will do once i noticed the message again ..
    since as you know the emails goes away after some times ..
