Hi

Below is the main log entry for an email that was sent to my email address ([email protected]). This is just one instance of such a delivery failure with many emails from different addresses giving the same response. Initially I suspected a problem on my server, but after moving the account to a different server the problem persists. When I am sent emails from some people they will always fail to delvier to me. In other cases the problem is intermittent. I belive the clue lies in R=central_filter:, but I cannot seem to figure out what in this central filter would cause some emails to fail and others not. My server operates on CENTOS 6.4 x86_64 vmware WHM 11.38.2 (build 7). I have full root access.

Any ideas?

Hello :)

You can browse to the following option in cPanel:

"Account Level Filtering"

Check to see if any filter rules exist that could be rejecting certain messages. You can also check "User Level Filtering" for the specific email account to see if any rules are active for that.

Thank you.
