I didn't notice that I set a domain forward instead of a email forward. How do I cancel the domain forward?

The email domain forward is set to point to an email address. (Duh) I meant to just have it forward to a different email address.

Now i cant cancel the domain email forward.

Once you have added, a delete function should appear. You should be bale to delete it with no problem through the control panel
    mail icon
    email forwarding

On "Email Domain Forwarding" if you enter an email address instead of a domain name, it changes the Default Address instead of doing a domain forward.

    To correct:
    In Cpanel click on "Mail".
In Mail click under "Default Address".
The address you typed in by mistake will be listed in the box under the domain name. Choose the "Set Default Address" button and edit the domain name to the setting you want.
You can then set the "Email Domain Forwarding" as needed to a domain of your choosing.
