email error : urgent help needed

Hello,

I am getting this error while sending the email to one of the domain :

Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.

I have checked for the entry in /etc/userdomains /etc/localdomains /etc/trueuserdomains

any help is appreciated on this
