hello... im new with cpanel
so I'm having issues with login into my mail
i cant login into my webmail account
keep showing SITE CANT BE REACHED TOOK TOO LONG TO RESPOND

Hey there! It sounds like you've purchase a shared cPanel hosting plan from a provider, and you don't have root access to the machine - is that correct? If so, you'd want to contact that provider directly to ensure the host and domain name is properly configured to handle email.

A "site can't be reached" error is typically a DNS problem with the domain or a misconfiguration on the server itself.
