email filtering with parked domains

Hi,

I have some accounts with parked accounts. To prevent spam I would like to enable some email addresses ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) and block all others (at SMTP time).

I would like these 3 email addresses to come into 1 email box.

I could use a catch-all with account level filtering wich works pretty good. The only downside of this is that I can only choose to discard the message or to `fail with message`, but that last one sends a new email to the sender and I would like the mail to be blocked at stmp time.

Since there are a lot of parked domains, its a lot of work to add each email address for each parked domain.

What's the best way to do this?

You can create forwarders instead, for those 3 addresses, no need to create an actual email account.

The forwarders mentioned would do just that.

Using the options in: cPanel > Default Address, setting "Send all unrouted email for:" Discard with error to sender (at SMTP Time) and No Such User here message, along with those forwarders is the best way to go I think.

As for all the parked domains, not sure how you could manage doing this in bulk quicker.

Forwarded email is not checked for spam, its just forwarded. Something to keep in mind as well.
