email filters - defenitions

    Now, theres no where anywhere in cpanel docs that explain what exactly these are useful for. I know what "begins with" etc. no clue what "matches regex" means, doubht mine and your customers know either, care to shed some light on what each does and doesnt do, what it can catch and what it cant


    Contains
    Equals
    Matches regex
    Begins with

    Example, what if i put in a filter to catch "subject equals MONEY"

    now, would the subject just have to say money or will it catch "how to make money" or will it just catch an email with a subject of "money"

    same thing with matches regex, or contains.....whats each option useful for
