If I setup an email filter which forwards all email with "test" in the subject to an off-server destination (me@offserver.com) then It all works fine...

If I setup the same filter with a destination of a local mailbox (mailbox@domain.com) then it works fine...

However... If I setup the same filter, with a destination of an email forwarder (forwarder@domain.com) which is setup to forward to mailbox@domain.com it does NOT work... NOTHING arrives at mailbox@domain.com, and in fact, a look through the mail server logs shows NO sign of the email whatsoever?....

I can confirm that this scenario used to work fine, so something has changed recently....

    ANy ideas?

I can only add I'm having the same thing happen. My best guess has been that forwards somehow bypass and filtering (including spam filtering).

Odd, I just tested this on 11.23.4-C26066 without problem.

It used to work fine. I've only noticed it not in the last 2-3 weeks. I know Exim went to v4.69 not long ago...I'm wondering if there was a change then, in the conf?

Well, my testing was done with non-modified exim.conf on (what was) the latest version of current using the latest provided Exim. If yo uare still experiencing this issue I recommend opening a support ticket at https://tickets.cpanel.net/submit/
