Email folder store location?

    Hi,
    if user is create email folder under roundcube , where will the folder store ? so that I can backup the file and folder ?

    The mail folders are stored in /home/$user/mail/domain.tld/emailuser/

    but the user created 10+ subfolder , but I can't found any in the location

    no, I only can see 4 files which is match to the inbox email.

    Hi @albertjee

    Where did the user add the folders, through his mail client or webmail? If added through his webmail client it's possible they're not being synchronized. From what you're letting me know they aren't present for the user at all, all mail files will be stored in /home/$user/mail/

    They shouldn't need to synchronize anything if created through webmail. Can you add the pictures you added initially just attach them to the response this time.
