Is there a setting that blocks mobile services to authorize a email account? Is there a setting to "Allow Mobile Services" for email?

I am having issue, with allowing Sprint phone users to setup their email account on their phone.

It works on my old server but not new server, I have not been able to locate the difference.

    Server: Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 cPanel 11.24.0-C30944 - WHM 11.24.0 - X 3.9
    CENTOS 5.2 x86_64 on standard

There are no settings in cPanel/WHM that explicitly disallow mobile services from accessing email.

What do your mail logs show?

Just curious if you recently installed ASSP? I just got a similar ticket logged that the Blackberry emails just stopped for two clients. ASSP is the only change I have made, but like you I am still looking.

Sorry I do not have ASSP installed on either of my servers. This is a newer server with the issues, does have some other softwares:
    Spam Assinassin
    Email Authenticator
    Ruby on Rails
    RVSiteBuilder

Other than my Apache version and CENTOS being higher version, they are both running the same WHM & CPanel.

Thanks for the question maybe I need to look what the Email softwares are doing differently compare to being installed and not installed.
