    Hi All, :D

    New to the forum, however looking for a work around for a email situation.

    Long in short - we have a member of staff who is away at present, however while having access to email, it will only be off and on. Therefore, looking for a way to have the email still sent to the initial directed address with a 'copy' being forwarded to another 'general' account.

    ie - sent: sender@hotmail.com -> abc123@domain.com
    rec: abc123@domain.com + abd124@domain.com

    We have considered forwading the account, and forwarding a second, however this only allows for the 'forwards' to take place and not the self 1:1 forward. (if that makes sense).

    Thanks all, look forward to any assistance!

    Hello,

    When you create an e-mail forwarder in cPanel, if an account exists, the mail will still be delivered to it as well as forwarded to the destination you have set up.

    So to clarify, you'll just need to add a forwarder from the original account to the account you want the e-mails to be forwarded to and they'll continue to be delivered to the original account as well as long as an account exists for it.
