Hello

we need to set forward, but need also that customer could sent from this email.

Maybe this configuration work fine?

1. set forward [email protected] > [email protected]
2. set mailbox [email protected] with "suspend" restriction for receiveng incoming mail

Thanks
No, it does not work, sending email to that email address gives "Address not found" error.
"Your message wasn't delivered to mailbox@domain.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail"
I tested this, before and after I suspended incoming.

Awwwww. It's likely better to have the address forward to the one you want to use then, or have multiple addresses all forward to one primary address that the user will send from.
Try to explain better

[email protected] forward to 4 different mailboxes

and this is ok

We need also to give customer a way for sent from [email protected]

They don't want receive directyl from [email protected], because is a distribution list (as exchange) but neet to sent from this.

Any solution for this?

You could set that up by having mailbox1 be an active account on the server, but then it would also receive incoming messages. If you didn't want that to happen, you could just delete the messages once in a while so the mailbox doesn't get full.

In roundcube/configuration/identities, you can add a "from" address to send as other mail account from the domain and even set the new identity as the primary one.

There is a filter setup suggest for delete on delivery?

Thanks
