Email Forwarder & CC

    Complain on Email Forwarder & CC

    I have a weird complain from a customer. Below is the scenario:

    1. User-A sends email to User-B and cc to User-C.
    2. User-B has setup a forwarder which forwards emails to User-C.
    3. From the above scenario, User-C receives 2 copies of the same emails (1 from User-A via cc and 1 from User-B via the forwarder)

    The customer is complaining that User-C is receiving duplicate emails. He's asking if it is possible to prevent the same emails from arriving in User-C mailbox without any changes to the User-A cc or User-B forwarder setup.

    Is this possible?

    errr... NO?

    Maybe ask user a to stop cc'ing user c in? or remove the auto forward from user b to user c?!?
