    Hi,

I have almost 70 forwarders in my website which are all forwarded to gmail accounts(different accounts). I haven't configured any mailbox for those 70 email-id's in my CPanel(so that the copy is not stored in my domain). This worked fine for a couple of years now.But now for a couple of days, none of the email gets forwarded. But there is no delivery failed message and when i checked by configuring a email-id in my domain, the email is received in the domain email-id.

So I guess the problem might be

1.The email is not forwarded or
2.The gmail account may not receive the forwarded email(I checked in spam and All Mail too)

Please help me in diagnosing the problem here

    Hi Faisikhan,

    Thanks for the response.
There is a solution in that thread....
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
"How did you create the email forwarders?
Do you get any bounce back or error message to gmail?

Open the file /etc/valiases/domainname.com and check if the forwarders are there.

Note: Replace domainname.com by the actual domain name. "
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The problem in my domain is, I can't find /valiases under /etc...What should I do to solve this???

Are you the website owner without access to root SSH on the machine? If you do not have SSH access to get to root user, you'll need to contact your hosting provider to ask for assistance. They can review the exim log file and see what is happening.
