Hello. I am currently using Cpanel Accelerated 2 build 11.34.0 build 11. For some reason I cannot get the email forwarders to work.

I have setup my email accounts. I have boxtrapper and spam assasin disabled. and then I go to forwarders and set it up like below

    (address) president@email.org (forward to) abc@gmail.com

If I send an email it does show up in the email box in webmail however it doesnt get sent to abc@gmail.com inbox.

ANy help please. Also how can I setup spam filter to work with forwarders so that our inbox in webmail and also our forwarder inbox doesnt get filled with spam.

    Thanks

    Richard

Possible to paste the exim logs for the main domain and gmail.com ? This will help to understand the issue you are facing.

If you have root access to server, use the command below.

    grep abs@gmail.com /var/log/exim_mainlog

Provide me the output of the command above.
