Hi There,
First of all sorry for my english it's not my first language.
Problem :
[email protected] ---& our client hosted by us
[email protected] ---& our client external email address
Our client choose to forward his emails message ([email protected]) to an external email address [email protected]
The forward work fine but a copy of the received email stay on the server ... (domain1.com) ...
Our client think because the forwards was enable, no copy of the received email was keep on the server ... it's cause that his mailboxe is getting full after a short period ... and his no longer able to get new emails.
To resolve this problem he have to logon to the webmail interface to erase all emails he receive in the past.
I was with alabanza in the past, and they have a option to keep pr not the receive message in domain1.com when a forwarders was active.
This option is unfortunatly available in cpanel
Somebody have found a solution to resolve this situation ? scripts ? system files modifications ?
Your help is really appreciated.
Regards,
Dany Boucher
