Email Forwarding & CC'ing

    Hi Guys,

    I'm having an intermittent problem with our emails at the moment.

    We have 50 email forwarders that are setup to forward to a catchall@ email address... We then have our internal mail system collect email from catchall@ and filter it to the users.

    What seem's to be the problem is when someone is CC'd into an email they don't always get it, it always go's to who the email is to but not always the CC'd user.

    Has anyone else had this problem before?

    What does that mean exactly? This sounds like where your issue is if I was to guess.

    Thanks for the reply.

    We are using an internal system called Kerio - this connects to catchall@ and downloads the emails... It then filters it to the correct email account.

    So the CC'ed email address does not go there, it's supposed to go directly to the CC'ed address, but doesn't. Is that it?

    That's correct.

    A sample is:

    to: joe@domain.co.uk
    cc: scott@domain.co.uk, paul@domain.co.uk

    The email would go to Joe wouldn't go to Scott or Paul??

    And this happens every single time you send an email like that? Or just sometimes?
