Email Forwarding Problem [moved]

[Mr. Johnson]

Both me and my host could not figure this out: getting [email protected] to forward all messages to [email protected].

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You can do it from cpanel

Cpanel >> Mail>> Forwarders

The above for an individual account but for the whole domain
Cpanel >> Mail>> Email Domain Forwarding

Wasn't sure since you said "All Messages"

I tried that. I set it up so that [email protected] would forward to [email protected], but when I tested it by sending an email to [email protected], I never received any email at [email protected]

You have to check the exim_mainlog for more information regarding the issue.
