Is it possible to modify the subject of a message that is forwarded? For example I have an email on my domain that is forwarded to my cell phone. I would like to modify the subject so it say something like "FORWARD FROM XX".

    Go on, have a guess
This would be easy to do in procmail, but Exim doesn't like procmail much. You could probably do it in Exim itself, but that would require some (not) light reading over at http://www.exim.org

Possibly the easiest solution, depending on your skills, would be to write a perl or shell script that you forward your email to using a pipe |/path/to/script that takes the email passed to it and rewrites the header that way.

Thinking about it, you might be able to use procmail, but use that latter method to utilise it.

Sorry that I don't have any examples, but that would require more effort in Google on my part ;)
