Email forwarding working only for gmail, hotmail etc

Hi all,

I recently created an email account via cPanel.

eg. [email protected]

I've been using roundcube to send/receive emails.

It works great, EXCEPT that I cannot send or receive emails that have a domain name in:

e.g [email protected].

It only seems to work for standard emails that end in @hotmail.com @gmail.com etc.

What's going on?

Do you notice any specific error messages or entries in /var/log/exim_mainlog when the message fails to deliver?
