Im installing a script which pipes emails to automail.pl, it says i need to forward emails to "|/path/to/automail.pl" and cpanel says this "When piping to a program, you should enter a path relative to your home directory. If the script requires an interpreter such as perl or php, you should omit the "/usr/bin/perl, or /usr/bin/php portion."".

The file is located at /public_html/_NEW/support_desk/automail.pl

Can you please tell me what path i should use?

    Thanks.

On cPanel 11, when I set up a path, I usually do the absolute path: /home/username/public_html/_NEW/support_desk/automail.pl - However, I would assume simply entering what you have above (without the first /) would work as well. Don't put that first / otherwise it will likely be interpreted as an absolute rather than relative path.
