I'm not sure if this is covered somewhere else in the forum, but I've looked and haven't found anything.
We have users checking their mail via pop3 (Outlook Express) and if they happen to go over quota, I increse their quota, and they check for more mail via Outlook, mail stays in their webmail even though its been retrieved by Outlook. Is anyone else experiencing this?
What I have been told is that:
"As for the mail sticking on the server via POP3, this is an Outlook (Express) issue that even I've experienced when mail folders locally exceed around 2GB or become corrupt."
Does anyone know if this is resolved with a newer version of Cpanel, or perhaps an update to OE?
