Email Header Issue

    Hello

    I was doing an outgoing email deliverability test, and I got the following report:
    (1) Received =~ /^from\s+(?:\d+\.){3}\d+\s/
    Remedy: Use normalized headers.

    (2) Received =~ /^from\s+(?:\d+[^0-9a-zA-Z\s]){3}\d+[.\s]/
    Remedy: Use normalized headers.

    (3) Spam Assassin "Numeric helo"
    The header of your message contains a numeric helo. This has been identified as a potential spam and/or pornography indicator by Spam Assassin.
    We recommend that you remove this content from the header of your message.

    (4) Spam Assassin "port"
    The body of your message contains a non-standard port within the HTTP.This has been identified as a potential spam and/or pornography indicator by Spam Assassin.
    We recommend that you remove this HTTP from the copy of your message.

    (5) Spam Assassin is it our account
    Please review the failure details for the explanation.
    Please remove this from the body of the email.

    I searched within WHM but seems there are no options.

    How I can solve these issues?
