Hello, I have a small inquiry about a serious problem I face with cpanel mails.

Here's an example to better explain:

    we have the email:
    and the server hostname:
    the cpanel username: user92

Received: from user92 by with local (Exim 4.63)
    (envelope-from <>)

    Sender: "My Name" <>

as you see the sender is showing @server hostname and not the email address, sometimes people are replying to this address thus I am NOT receiving their replies.

    How can we fix it?

    thanks a lot
