    Hello,

I'm with a problem with email sent to hotmail.com and other Microsoft. The emails are not delivered to the addressee, but if the recipient sends me an email and I reply the email arrives. In exim mail is given as delivered.

    Hello :)

Have you checked the SPAM folder to see if Google/Hotmail marked the message as SPAM? Make sure DKIM and SPF records are enabled for the domain name, and that RDNS is configured for the IP address used to send email.

    Thank you.

You may want to review /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if Hotmail provided a specific bounce or failure message. If not, you can review their email guidelines at:

    https://mail.live.com/mail/policies.aspx

You may need to contact them for assistance if you can't determine why they are blocking your email.

    Thank you.
