    Hello,

I have a client whom is trying to send an email to another email on his domain using windows live mail.

    Example:

Joe@blogs.com is trying to send an email to John@blogs.com

but when he sends it he is getting back the following:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    John@blogs.com

& nbsp; No such person at this address

But the account does exist and working with others!

    How could I fix this?

Check the exim logs for the email to see if you find any additional error messages. The following would be done in root SSH:

    Code:
    exigrep john@blogs.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
Also, I would suggest to the user to use only lowercase for the email address (so john@blogs.com rather than John@blogs.com).

    Hello :)

We will need access to the Exim logs on the server in order to determine the exact reason for this particular delivery failure. Feel free to open a support ticket if you would like us to login to your server to investigate further. Please post the ticket number here if you choose to do so.

    Thank you.
