    Hi there

Got a strange problem following a server-->server transfer - hope someone can help me. I have been doing the transfer on an individual account basis, but what is happening is the email addresses are not being brought into the new account. When I look in SSH they are all there, but not within Cpanel and they are not working either. Any suggestions appreciated

    Thanks

    Ade

Check the ownership and permissions. Also, was this a cpanel to cpanel transfer?

    Hi there

I checked both and they were both fine which is why it was so weird. Yes, this was a Cpanel to Cpanel transfer. any other thoughts as I've been bashing my head against this one :) !

    Thanks

Might want to verify the required files were also transferred from the above dir. I have noticed that eMail settings do not transfer well.
