OK, Im running WHM 6.4.2 R79 with redhat 7.3

Now I have a customer who is running their own mail server. So the MX records point to another srever with different IPs. Email for the whole internet is flowing smooth to them and from them. Now whenever I try to email them from the same sever that this site is on, they never get the email, nor do I ever get a bounce. The emails are spooted in the que, and are "delivered" but never arrive at the destination. I can recieve email rom them, but any email sent from form scripts, outlook, or from a telnet prompt fails, and fails only when I send the email from my server.

    Please help! Support Ticket Number:
